Right of withdrawal

Exception for personalized jewelry

Important: Personalized jewelry or jewelry made to your specifications cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. This exception is provided for by Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

The following are considered personalized:
• Jewelry engraved with a text or initials of your choice
• Custom-made creations produced according to your specific requests
• Jewelry with individually chosen stones or materials

Return procedure

To return an eligible item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at:

Items must be returned to the following address:
Iyad Créations, 7 rue Antoine Lavoisier, 94000 Créteil

The jewelry must be returned:
• In their original condition, unworn
• With their original packaging and certificate of authenticity where applicable
• Without any signs of wear or modification

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part. We recommend shipping with tracking and insurance for valuable jewelry.

Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a confirmation email. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

Bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Guarantee of conformity

In accordance with Directive 2019/771/EU, all our jewelry is guaranteed to conform to its description. In the event of a lack of conformity (defective, damaged, or non-conforming product), you have legal warranty rights, including for personalized jewelry.

In this case, we will proceed to:
• Repair or replacement of the jewelry
• Full refund, including return shipping costs
